120x50x1800 Blank Forks

120x50x1800 Blank Forks weigh 104kg each. The cross-section is 120 mm wide, 50 mm thick, and the total length is 1.8 meters. This blank fork is formed by free forging using a vacuum degassed steel ingot through a 10,000-ton hydraulic press. The forging ratio is greater than 5. The internal structure is dense and has no shrinkage porosity. Ultrasonic flaw detection meets the third level requirements of GB/T 6402. Each 104-kg billet remains in a slow-cooling state after forging, with intact surface oxide scale and no straightening or machining, allowing natural bending of 2 mm in total length. The fork tip has a cutting allowance of 40 mm, and the user can cut it to 1700 or 1600 mm as needed. The hook area is additionally thickened by 8 mm, and the roughing range lines of three common hanging board profiles are marked for reference during milling. The material is made of 34CrNiMo6 high-strength steel with an average hardness of 260 to 300HBW and good cutting performance.

 

 

The center of gravity and theoretical bending data are marked on the fork surface with high-temperature white paint to facilitate user pre-adjustment during clamping. The surface is coated with peelable thick anti-rust wax, suitable for long-term outdoor storage. The packaging uses a steel bracket with a forklift slot at the bottom. Each bracket is fixed with a single support and lifting lugs are provided at both ends of the bracket. A single weight of 104 kg needs to be lifted using a balanced lifting beam or two manual hoists. The two precision forged lifting lugs reserved on the back of the fork can be quickly connected. This specification is mainly used in port machinery maintenance plants, tooling workshops of large forging plants and heavy-duty attachment R&D centers as the base blank for homemade extra-long forks, marine lifting arms or press pads.
