120x50x1700 Blank Forks weigh 102kg each. The cross-section is 120 mm wide, 50 mm thick, and the total length is 1.7 meters. This blank fork is formed by local forging using induction heating. Only the hook area and the fork tip are precision forged. The middle fork body remains in the original state of the continuous casting billet. Each blank is inspected by internal residual stress thermal imaging before leaving the factory. The stress concentration area is marked with a white circle to remind the user to give priority to avoiding or using a small feed amount when milling the hook groove. A rectangular coordinate grid with a depth of 0.3 mm is produced on the fork surface by electro-erosion. The X-axis is along the fork length direction and the Y-axis is along the fork width direction. The size of each grid is 20 mm. When drilling or grooving, the user can directly use the grid intersection as a reference point without redrawing the lines. The fork tip is prefabricated with an asymmetrical bevel, with an angle of 15 degrees on the left side and 25 degrees on the right side.

 

 

It is specially used for scooping up steel plates or heavy-duty skids that are close to the ground. The material is made of wear-resistant cast steel ZG42CrMo. The hardness after normalizing does not exceed 240HB, which is convenient for flame cutting. The surface is coated with silicate anti-rust paste that changes color when exposed to water. Once the warehouse becomes damp, the color of the coating changes from gray to red, prompting the user to handle it promptly. The packaging uses a vertically hanging rust-proof paper tube with a built-in inclinometer in the tube cover. If the fork tilts more than fifteen degrees during transportation, a discolored label will be triggered. With a single weight of 102 kg and two cast rectangular lifting rings on the back of the fork, it can be lifted smoothly by one person using an ordinary hook and a lever balancer.
