120x50x1100 Blank Forks

120x50x1100 Blank Forks weigh 75kg each. The cross-section is 120 mm wide, 50 mm thick, and one meter long. This blank fork is specially designed for the automated flexible processing line of heavy-duty attachments. Two 15 mm wide positioning reference strips are precision milled on the upper and lower sides of the fork surface. The roughness is Ra1.6, and the parallelism error with the fork length direction is no more than 0.05 mm. When the user installs the workpiece on a four-axis machining center, he or she can directly use the pneumatic probe to contact the reference belt to automatically establish the workpiece coordinate system without manual edge finding. Each 75-kg billet is made of 42CrMo4 electroslag remelted steel. After multi-directional forging, the grain size is finer than grade 8 and can be traced to the furnace number. Both ends of the fork tips have been pre-processed with 30-degree welding grooves, and the surface of the groove has been magnetic particle inspected, making it suitable for users to directly connect extension sections or weld lifting lugs.

 

 

The center line of the fork surface is laser-etched with a millimeter scale, with a minimum graduation value of 5 mm, which facilitates on-site cutting and positioning. The surface is coated with a transparent anti-rust hard film, which is wear-resistant and does not affect visual recognition. The packaging adopts a vertical turning frame with wheels, and a worm gear mechanism on the 75-kg single coupling frame body. A single person can flip the fork from the transportation posture to the horizontal processing posture by shaking the handle. Each blank comes with a complete material certificate and ultrasonic test report.
